New game: Not Not

A seventh game joins Mind Gym. Read the command, ignore the trap,
tap before the timer runs out. It gets faster than you think.

Also new: the Store

Lives packs to keep a good run alive, or remove every ad for good
with a single purchase. Out of lives mid-game? More are one tap
away instead of a dead end.

Plus polish and stability fixes throughout.
