Workaround added for a parameter slider issue that seems to be related to a recent iOS update: When updating a slider on the UI, this could also result in another slider moving in tandem!

This workaround means that the slider will not update the AudioUnit continuously, when the slider is in motion.

Added note about IAP downloads. Basically, Apple are no longer hosting new IAP download data and this was a major area where moodunits was intended to grow. Existing IAPs should still work fine, but sadly there will be no more new instruments - what you see in the MU Store is what's available - end of story :-(

Special note for Drambo users: I'm aware of an issue exporting audio when using Waverley inside Drambo.  This may be iOS 14 specific and is currently being investigared.

PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH DOWNLOADS / PURCHASE RESTORES:

I'm sorry that some folks are still having issues with downloads.  Sadly, in most cases this is due to circumstances beyond my control and while it does seem to be getting better / less frequent, that's no consolation if you're one of the unlucky few being affected.  I know this can be VERY frustrating.

Fortunately, there are things we can do to work around problems and clear errors, but I need your help.  I need to know the EXACT error message(s) you receive and which instrument(s) failed to download or restore.  I'm afraid simply saying "download failed" or similar, isn't enough for me to go on - I need the EXACT wording.  Please send this info via the contact form at moodunits.biz and we'll work through the problems together.  In some cases, I might ask for screenshots, so if you get errors, it's worth grabbing those when they occur if you can - that would be great.  Thanks, -Rob

This update also includes a small change to Audio Unit labels for the latest version of AUM.

Two new sets of IAP instruments for Waverley based on samples from the legendary tiny digital synth from 1979!

• VLT1 - all the presets plus the extra "ADSR" sounds only accessible by programming the synth using the built-in calculator
• VLT1FX - instruments from VLT1 with pre-applied effects for huge atmospheric and evolving pads but a small CPU load

This update also includes some improvements to the instrument download process - please let me know via moodunits.biz if you're still having problems and sorry this has been a pain point for some of you.  I think / hope it's getting better, and the iOS 14.3 release does seem to have addressed some issues.
