Minor Bugs Fixed

New icon.
A new launchpad added.
Due to changes in iOS you may prefer to use your buttons in the launchpad instead of the home screen. It works almost like the home screen with the advantage of quicker response for your buttons.

Add from contacts crash fixed.
Show Contact action fixed for iOS7

Icons made before iOS7 will have to be recreated by using the "Create On Home Screen" button (and you also need to manually remove the old from the home screen).
