Set a daily or weekly Check-in schedule.

Choose when you want to check in.

If everything's fine, simply check in.
If you forget, My SOS Family reminds you.
If you still don't respond, your chosen Check-in contacts are automatically alerted.
No one has to remember to ask if you're OK.

Your Check-in does it for them.
