* scanning an ISBN links to the wrong item
* clicking "Dismiss" on item overdue warning message does not dismiss pop-up

This update provides bug fixes and important updates for MyLibrary including the following:
* updates the minimal supported iOS to version 12
* adds support for iOS 15
* updates the way MyLibrary displays dates
* prevents patrons from placing holds for deleted pickup locations
* enables MyLibrary to display cover images for media items based on UPC codes

Version 3.3.1 fixes the problem where when Dark Mode was enabled, some text in the app was not visible.

This version disables dark mode for the MyLibrary! app to ensure all text is legible.
