The following enhancements and bug fixes were added in iOS version 13.010 of Mobile Publisher for Communities:

1. Added support for Enhanced Download support in the Mobile -Publisher Client, this adds support for:
-All standard and custom object–based downloads
-Dynamic downloads
-Third-party downloads
-Lightning Knowledge article and Classic Knowledge article downloads (historically, we've supported downloading only Classic Knowledge articles)
-Base64 encoded data downloads (HTML tags for blob and data)

2. Resolved an issue which would cause scrolling to the bottom of the native tab bar experience to gray out adjoining tabs.

3. Switched from the Hybrid Mobile SDK to the Core SDK, removing Cordova entirely from the Mobile Publisher App.
