stability updates

- app is now faster, smaller and rewritten in Swift
- added more offline features
- better location detection

This is a major upgrade to the user interface.
It also fixes a critical bug in the date selection that occurred since the iOS 13 update.

Fixed iOS8 bugs. Added iPad support.
