Fixed a bug related to resetting account passwords (rest assured, your passwords are, and always have been, safe).

- Annual subscriptions are back! Those who have received alerts on a lapsed annual subscription will need to re-subscribe to continue receiving those alerts.
- Added link in settings to delete user account

- Addition of radar timestamps when radar is animating (all static layers are no more than 6 minutes old at load time)
- An important fix to ensure you get wake-me-up audio alerts when you are supposed to (for Severe Thunderstorm and Tornado Warnings only), and NOT when you shouldn't, is now in place. (We apologize if you have been rudely awakened at night for a Fog Advisory!)

A few bug fixes, including that EnRoute will no longer trigger repetitive alerts during a weather warning. Note that EnRoute MUST be in the foreground on your device to monitor for severe weather alerts. We are working to improve that behavior.

Bug fixes and other good stuff, including significant improvements to radar performance and reintroduction of radar animation! We're still working to squash a few more bugs and add the annual subscription option to SW+ Alerts. Another update is coming soon!

FIXED: Loud audio will now sound for Tornado or Severe Thunderstorm Warnings whether your StormWatch+ app is open or closed.
