A very useful port filtering button has been added in the 3D panel, in order to easily select some network hosts.
The app has been totally refactored to use the Swift structured concurrency model.

- on iPhone, a new button to open the heat map form appears under the chart view when you start a throughput measurement.

bug fix: ICMP loop was sometimes terminated abnormaly

- when TCP port 80 or 443 is discovered on a node, added shortcuts to open the web sites on those ports,
- added a help button on the heat map builder screen, redirecting the user to a step-by-step user's manual,
- when tapping the help button in the main screen, now opening the web site of the app with Safari, with a full set of information about this app.
