Added a new option - Random Starting Loot/Tool - Every Character starts the game with either a random loot or tool.

Added a new Option - No Peek - this options will disabled normal peeking. You can still peek up and down stairs though.

This is a Hotfix patch to fix some of the bugs introduced with 1.01

Fixed a bug where Obelisk wouldn't have Stairs and/or Safes on all floors.
Fixed a bug where when triggering the Go With Your Gut or Freight Elevator would sometimes stop the game from continuing.
