Various bugfixes on a boats data page

Stopped screen rotation on the login screen
Improved data cache
Fixed another bug in the data screen preventing cards from loading
Various other small bug fixes

Showing units meters on map screen, rather than feet.
Better handling of data in the data view.
Added padding to bottom of data view, allowing for all cards to be properly seen.
