Removed the settings menu (disfunctional) and map got a big improvement, now showing all observations in a compact format.

Bug fixes.
We are constantly trying to improve the DSM algorithms. These algorithms are now updated via the internet connection. So we don't have to bother you with under-the-hood app updates anymore and you get the most recent and reliable readings.

- The in app map aligns with the website map. (same color codes etc)

- Push notifications (very rare) to announce measurement campaigns.
