Nonna is now one app. The elder app is no longer a separate download: install this same Nonna on their phone, sign in with your account and mark that phone as theirs — the screen becomes family faces and nothing else.

If their phone still has the old app, nothing changes: it keeps working.

Also: one account can look after more than one elder, and leaving elder mode now has a clear button with a confirmation step. Fixes: the app no longer gets stuck on "Loading…" after sign-in.
