Route recording functionality is introduced in this release.  Once the recording of a new route is activated, waypoints will be captured every time your device detects a movement of its current location by 50m, even when the app is running in the background and the display is off.  Recorded routes can be shared using (already existing) export and import functionalities.

Map content has been extended to the east of the national park boundary to include most of the coastal areas of Northumberland.
Footpaths from contributors of ©OpenStreetMap have been refreshed.

2.0.2 will be released in the near future to make the search include the extended map region.  The tracking functionality will also be made to work within the extended area. (The tracking can be made to work in the newly added areas by first switching to an online map, activate tracking then swapping back to the OS map.)

This is a major release with the addition of route and waypoint management features.  Its now possible to create, modify, and delete routes as well as import and export gpx files.  The user interface has been improved significantly.
