Settings have been enhanced.  There are two new sections for Decompression and Peer Support.  Other minor UI enhancements have been done.

I have added new additions to the Patrol Guide.  They include SFST, Accusatory Templates, Case Law Search, and Miranda Warning.  I have also added the ability to reset the Accusatory Templates in settings.

This version has added support for iPad.
