This release improves the Resources, Schedules, and Daily Question experience in ObGyn Hub.

Users now have more ways to find the files that matter to them, with added Affiliation and Specialty filters for Resources and Schedules. These filters work alongside the existing Hospital, Folder, and Subfolder selections to make file lists easier to narrow and review.

This release also improves Daily Question refresh behavior so the latest question state is checked when users return to the app, open Home, or open the Daily Question screen.
