Steps to locate ATT prompt: During first app open (delete and reinstall if necessary): tap 'Continue' on first tutorial screen, tap 'Continue' on second tutorial screen, then the premium access screen appears, tap on text 'Skip' (below/right) => this will trigger the ATT permission request.
