Now orientation is locked in portrait mode for the IPhone and iPad. Just rotate the device to change direction of the stripes.

Improved metronome functionality

· Added a metronome to help time exercises
· Added an arrow that can be toggled on that points to the direction of the stripes
· Added a label for each speed mode to make more consistent exercises possible
