Some minor bug fixes

- We have removed the 'book' button for selecting a bible verse. You can now tap on the current location (at the top, center) to select a verse.

- The open or closed state of the bottom content window is now remembered when closing the app. As well as the state of the "view strong numbers" and "inline notes" buttons.

- Some rare cases that would cause the app to crash have been fixed

** Strong number lookups can now be done even with strong number hidden for bibles that contain embedded stongs references. Just tap on a word and the strongs reference will show up in the result **
