Added an option to record notes for each order

You can now select whether to use one row per product or one row per order when exporting all data. Plus other minor bug fixes.

Various minor bug fixes

Order Book is one year old! To celebrate we have a few features and minor fixes:
- You can now set up and assign statuses to orders
- You can export your complete order history to CSV
- Picking dates got easier with the new calendar control

•  New! Order Book will now save price overrides on a per-product, per-customer basis, and offer these in future orders
•  New! You can now save orders without emailing or exporting them
•  New! Incomplete orders will be remembered when returning to the New Order screen

•  Fixed: Customer names and addresses will not use auto-correct
