App stability fixes

- Added possibility to upload profile avatar from the settings screen
- Fixed behaviour of the dynamic alphabetical list of champagnes

- The error when opening the map has been fixed
- Fixed checkbox regulating receiving of push notifications
- Fixed screen layout on a champagne list screen and champagne details screen
- Added the possibility to open external links from push notifications

* Added dynamic aplhabet navigation to the Champagnes screen (with disabling letters while it's loading)
