Improved build handling and added deletion of builds.

- Added sandbox mode where you can distribute points without the regular contraints.
- Improved Build loading, could sometimes fail if the loading was slow.
- Corrections of Skill data.
- Some UI fixes.
- Since some reviews mentioned crashing and inability to save builds the App was released for Free during 3 days and in collaboration with Borderlands 2 forums it was tested with a lot of users (~1 000 downloads). None of them reported any crashes, the problem with builds was rare but should be fixed now.
