We continue to make accessibility improvements throughout the app.

We have made several accessibility enhancements to make our app even easier to use for you.
We also made backend and frontend updates to the blood journey as part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience richer and even more rewarding.

With this update, you can share more detailed scheduling feedback on how we can improve your experience even more. You can also refer to eligible promotions for your appointment in the Manage Appointment section.

This release features a new Donor Rewards program!

Introducing "Blood Donor Rewards", a rewards program for ALL donors!  Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, you will automatically earn points for blood, plasma and platelet donations. The more you donate, the better the rewards! Earn enough points and redeem them for e-gift cards or even an exclusive Red Cross item. No action is needed on your part to start earning points.
