Added import/export option for saved cameras and presets

Bug fixes and improved camera communication speed

- Automatic scene snapshot or custom image for preset backgrounds
- Control of camera settings like exposure and color
- On-Screen Display menu control
- Increased recall positions to 16
- UDP protocol adds support for many more cameras

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

New feature!  Now you can lock manual controls to horizontal making it easier to follow someone left and right without accidentally moving up or down.

This update also includes a few bug fixes:
- Enabling manual focus for an individual camera is now persistent when leaving the app or switching to another camera and coming back.  (Thank you Rick M!)
- Minor bug fix related to the settings when launching the app for the first time

Updated for compatibility with new NDI firmware.  Squashed some bugs in the process.
