Added a FAQ and Help & Support Portal in Settings.

Fixed an issue where concern cards might show on the home screen if metrics are not recent, e.g. Cardio Fitness.

Added ability to hide concern cards for certain metrics that don't happen as frequently, e.g. low Cardio Fitness from a recent workout or a fall detected.

Fixed an issue where Sleeping HR might not look correct for some users.

Also added Family Sharing!

Sleep Duration has been unlocked in the free version.

Added nap detection which should also fix some bugs in Sleep Consistency and Sleep Duration.

Fixed an issue where some features might show as locked even though the subscription is active.
