Original release notes

New Features:
- New body selection: The body is now anatomically illustrated and can be tapped at
three levels of detail: “Coarse” for quick entries, “Detail” for
individual areas such as the upper abdomen, rib cage, or wrist, and
“Muscles” for individual muscle groups. The display remains
the same throughout—only the selectable areas become more detailed.
- Zoom in the body selection: The view can be zoomed in using two fingers or
via the new buttons to ensure even small areas are
selected accurately.
- Revised back and side views: All four views now show
the same figure. The back view includes sections of the spine,
shoulder blades, sacroiliac joints, and hip joints.
- Pain details by area: For each selected body part, you can
record the intensity and type of pain separately. The selected area is
now displayed at the top of the input window.

Miscellaneous:
- Code updates and minor bug fixes.
