The latest minor update, focused on platform compatibility, resulted in a severe negative impact with the average rating dropping from 3.3 to 1.37 stars. Widespread user dissatisfaction stems from mandatory account registration, subscription paywalls, and persistent login failures that prevent access to core functionality. The overall sentiment is strongly negative due to these barriers and perceived regressions in color matching accuracy.
