Fixed a regression in 1.4.2 where in some cases you could not edit the date of additional payments for an account.

We've modernized the code of the application and built it with the latest version of Xcode.  In the process we fixed a few minor memory leaks.

+ Now applies partial rollover payments on the last month of an account being paid off.
- Fixed incorrect account composite interest amounts.
- Cleaned up account box widths with scrollbars shown or hidden.
- Fixed launching on Lion when system "Restore windows when quitting and reopening apps" is turned on.
