Fix the restore purchases bug, really this time

Correct random bug that prevented the button to restore the in-app purchase being visible.

Bug fix for problems when manually setting the amount sharing of an expense for a friend.

Bug fixes:
Manually changing the amount for a"group" in an expense could result in an incorrect adjustment of the contributions of other friends to the expense
Added missing Netherlands Antillean Guilder to currencies
