Bug fixed: month update

Bug fixes:
- sometimes a new period did not start - now everything is ok
- if the payment amounts were corrected, then in the new period the old amount was returned - now everything is ok

+ late payments can be transferred to a new period

- fixed a bug when new period didn't appear in some cases

- new clear way to add expenses / incomes
- fixed bug when sometimes was wrong number of open payments on the badge

ATTENTION!
This update removes some features:
- advance payments are no longer counted
- debts are no longer summed up
If you haven't used it, feel free to update!
Changes in this version:

Data is saving to the cloud after exiting the application.
After this update, the data will be converted at the first launch and saved.

In this major update, we have added a new option - Advance payments!

If you have paid in advance, you can now specify this in the app.
 Advance payments can be entered for 1 to 12 months.
Another improvement is overdue payments - if your payment is late.
