Fixes and issue where the picker on Keyword Ranking shown in multiple line for long app names.

Resolves an issue where bundle app sales are not included in the total sales figures.

- The Sales Goal and Sales Comparison widgets and Month to Data filter will show the previous month’s data until the new month has any data
- Fixes an issue where you don't see any data on the Sales Comparison chart, even if there is data for the first day of the month

Resolved an issue where app bundle sales were incorrectly displayed as "Unknown App," and their sales weren’t included in the total. If you encountered this problem, please refetch your sales data after this update.
