Universal Binary Support:
Phiewer is now available as a universal binary, running natively on both Intel and ARM-based processors for optimized performance.

Default Left Panel:
The left panel will now open by default on the first startup or if manually reset, providing a more intuitive user experience.

Bugfix: Thumbs Display Issue:
Resolved a bug where thumbnails were not displayed when the folder name contained special characters like "#" or "?".
