Universal Binary Support:
Phiewer is now available as a universal binary, running natively on both Intel and ARM-based processors for optimized performance.

The left panel will now open by default on the first startup or if manually reset, providing a more intuitive user experience.

Fixed an issue where adjustments, effects, and filtering were not working properly when filenames contained special characters like "#" or "?".
