Random stuff!

Added more playback randomisation - this should be noticeable on longer evolving chord and effect sounds.  You may even hear some things you haven’t heard before!  Hope you like this little tweak.

Added random automation to dynamics, piano and sympathetic controls during auto-play for some extra subtle variation.

Timer bug fix:  When the timer expires, pianoscaper will stop all loops and reset auto-accompaniment voice settings to "off".  Previously, only auto-play would stop when the timer expired - sorry about that!  -Rob
