Touch a photo in the toolbar to replace it  (replace it with with another photo from your photo library, by taking a new photo with the camera, or by choosing one of the embedded images)
Double touch the image and adjust the position of the photo on top by using pinch and drag gestures
See a zoom-able preview of your photo before sending it or saving it
