Updated how Ads are shown:

- As before, ads appear only on tables you haven't yet purchased
- Ads appear at the top of the screen
- On the iPad, instead of full-screen banners, a banner appears at the top of the screen
- On the free Wild West Pinball table, ads appear only on the Game Over screen, and will go away altogether when you buy at least one table.
