- Flour blends with a biga, poolish, or levain: choose an even split or your strongest flour first (Advanced mode).
- Batch Tracker: when you finish a step, set when it actually ended and the whole schedule catches up.

Fixed: saved recipes keep multi-flour blends, Celsius oven temp and bake times behave correctly, recipe wording is clearer, and Batch Tracker step timers are more accurate.
