this is just a quick very minor release to fix the main tab image

App functionality is unchanged, this is a simple update to support users with the newest 11 & 12 phones and to update the sdk generally.

- slight redesign, shuffle of the NOAA graphs content
- fix was needed: the large number feed could no longer be supported
- still has all the original functionality: share, text, zoom, notifications, and journal.
