Improved support for HiDPI

Updates for Mac OS 12.6.

Added the ability to show the blind number.
Added a switch for hiding the "Time Remaining" label.

Is now compiled as a 64-Bit application.

Now has the ability to rotate through the built-in backgrounds every 15 minutes.

The director's panel icon now disappears when it is not is use. During a tournament, the cursor will now disappear until the mouse is moved again. Pressing the Esc key or spacebar will now make the cursor and director's panel icon visible again.

The background can now contain animation.

Fixed an issue with custom background not working properly.
