We've enhanced the app with key fixes and improvements:
* Removed the Google Maps button from Geo-Locate and Driving 4 Dollars maps to prevent accidental app exits.
* Resolved a crash when updating images on postcards, ensuring a smoother experience.
* Removed an unnecessary message when fetching parcel data without a valid selection.
* Replaced the default placeholder image with a satellite map when using driving filters.

Enhancements have been made to optimize the sign-in process.

Five more Quick Lists from our website are now available in our mobile app that includes: Senior Owners, Vacant Land, Tired Landlords, Zombie Properties, and Pre-Probate. We have also applied general bug fixes.

This release is for minor app improvements, updates, and bug fixes.

A satellite image is now associated with parcels selected from the mobile app and when driving with filters.
Additional loan filters and field displays are now available and included in the i) drive with filters screen and ii) in property details.
The Open Loan section field display order has been modified and updated.
Users can now click on a parcel on the map with a pin at any zoom level.
Users can now access the MLS property listing via the MLS navigation button under property details.

MLS Sales Prices (MLS Comps) and Failed Listings are back! When running comps on the web or mobile app, you can now select MLS Comps, Public Record, or both.

In addition, we are also releasing various bug fixes and system enhancements.

Our most recent update includes scrubbing individually skip-traced phone numbers to flag property owners who are on the DNC (Do Not Call) list. This new feature is free with any new skip trace performed in the PropStream mobile app. An icon will appear next to any phone number on the DNC registry.
