Added button to check out the new FREE to download, Lease Locator App

Added button at the bottom that allows you to check out the OilTrail LSD Navigation app! With the app you can get location specific weather, downhole information, and GPS navigation.

-Added another decimal place to pump output, now you can see by the litre
-Changed default pump efficiency to 100% as most of the time the input rate has the efficiency factored in
-New UI update!
