Fixed bug causing black screen on certain devices

Happy New Year! Fixed a bug where single-chapter passages would not get recorded as read.

Restored some missing books/chapters.

* Option to change the font size
* Added five Psalms for each day of the month for added variety
* Adjust reading times for partially read books
* Added more prompts to pray as you read
