Fixed Splash Screen Issue.

Fixes the bugs and performance issues.

Fixed an issue effecting type rendering on devices running iOS 4.2.1.

Fix crashes that could occur when starting a new or continued game.
Fix to highlight the initially selected button segments on the game settings screen.
Now saves card deck state after each card is drawn. That way you don't repeat the cards in a round if you cancel out a round and start a new game (it used to save after each round.)

If you are still experiencing crashes, deleting and reinstalling the app usually fixes it. If not, please provide detailed steps on how you got the crash.

Fix crash that could occur starting a new game depending on which packs were purchased or not and which were selected or not.

-  Improved card reshuffling. Game will not reuse cards until a pack is completely used-even between games.
-  Game will not skip the last card of each card pack.

New:
- Junior Card Pack with 720 words now available for purchase.
- Added timer text to the timer bar to easily see seconds remaining
- Cycle through all cards once before shuffling and reusing cards
