Bug fix for RIN number search

This version adds the ability to view multiple facilities at the same address.

In addition to the previously available radius search, this version enables users to search for RIN and VIN locations for an entire city or state. Other minor improvements help to enhance usability on the mobile phone.

Added ability to search for locations by RIN number.
