This version of RingsFX allows remote control of the Pulse Sequencer from Helium's chord track.

Controller 1 - Pulse Sequencer ON/OFF (0-1).
Controller 2 - Pulse Sequencer Beat Divisions (1-8).

Fixed a potential issue where RingsFX wasn't handling compact Tone Packets correctly. This could lead to incorred inversions of the incoming chord.
