New: knock-knock and the sneaky laugh!
• Knock-knock: tap the table and your hand knocks three times. Online, your character knocks for everyone and hurries whoever is taking too long.
• Right before a missa, your opponent can't help a hidden laugh… or a sly smile.
• Online: 12 seconds per move, and at a table of four, two missed turns and you leave the table.
