Updated to ensure compatibility to iOS26

Some cosmetic upgrades, along with making sure it continues to work with the newest devices.

This version added many requests:

- A pause button

- Game menu

- Starting waits until you press the screen to start launching boats

- Option to turn off both sound effects and music

- Added a boss!  Every third level will be a boss level.  A large boat that will take multiple hits to sink.
