We've made some improvements to the performance of our app so it keeps running as well as you do.
  2. v1.4.1iOS
This update brings you an improved Options Menu. You will find it easier to request support and also make feature requests to improve the App further.
Also if you are a multipart athlete (Triathlete or Duathlete) then you will also be able to discover our complimentary cycling and swimming apps which you may find helpful.

Thank you for all your feedback so far, there are some new features in development.

If you are finding the app useful then please take a moment to leave a rating in the App Store. It really helps other athletes discover this handy little calculator and goes a long way to helping to fund its ongoing development and support.
  3. v1.4.0iOS
    Updated for iOS 18
  4. v1.3.1iOS
I frequently update this app with new ideas and in reply to user feedback.
    In this maintenance release:
     - UI enhancements. Most important have
     - Added some alert messages to make sure you find your way around the app and see how to make the best use of it.

If you need support or have an idea for the app, you can reach me in-app or view the support website listed here.
  5. v1.3.0iOS
Thank you for all your feedback - really appreciated and have made some changes based on what you have asked for! When you switch between metric and imperial, the distances are now rounded to one decimal place, a small change that makes a lot of sense when you use it.

A big improvement to usability is that your Pace is now locked in when you change distances so that by default we calculate the anticipated time.

I have also fixed some other bugs, made some visual refinements and ongoing improvements to make your running app even better and smoother to use.

Thanks for using my app, enjoy your running and it's always great to see your feedback and suggestions.
  6. v1.2.0iOS
    - In this version I have added Speed for those days we end up on a treadmill. Outdoors we run on pace (mins per K or Mile). But most treadmills are set up with speed (KPH or MPH) not pace. Now you can quickly convert Pace to Speed on your iPhone without needing a website and set it based on your training zones.

    - A big one here! I have made it easy to contact me for new features or RUNNING SUPPORT right from inside the app. I am a fully qualified England Athletics Coach, specialising in Endurance Events. Have a question? Happy to help answer it at no extra charge.

    - Also resolved a couple of bugs and made some minor UI changes.
  7. v1.1.0iOS
In this version I have introduced support for Pace Zones.
You are free to use which ever calculation model (Jack Daniels, Garmin, Strava...) you prefer, then simply enter your zones and store them in the app. Quick and easy to do.
Once entered you can drive Run Time or Pace Time calculations based on zones for a distance of run.
Similarly, you will be able to see which zone you would need to sustain in order to deliver a specific run performance.
Zones handle either Kilometers or Miles as their unit.
If you need help workout out your zones then please contact me via the support link and I will be happy to help you figure out your Pace Zones.
