Added support for Saber v1.0.01 controller software:
1.  Added periodic activation of shutter outputs to keep the camera and/or flash primed.
2. Added "Load Defaults" to each tab so that you can restore the functionality of just one mode without overwriting all of Sabre's settings.
3. Added a low-voltage shutdown option on the "Global" tab.  This is for use with lead-acid batteries deployed in the field.  It prevents ore-discharging external batteries.  It can also be used with solar panels.

Fixes:
1. full-press and aux settings were incorrectly using the half-press settings.
2. Added a "done" button when entering non-decimal numbers.  There was no good way to close the keyboard when complete (other than scrolling).
3. Added a "close" button to the help menus for phones where there wasn't enough screen real-estate to click off of the pop-up.
4. Limit timeout field wasn't wide enough for larger durations.
