Push Notifications

-Fixed broken notifications showing UTC time, 0° elevation, and 0s duration — now uses recomputed pass data with latest TLEs
-Notification messages now show relative time ("in ~15 min") instead of absolute times
-Timing info appears in both title and body so it's always visible
-Widened TLE drift tolerance (±30 min search window) so notifications aren't silently dropped
-all_passes notifications now only fire for visible passes above 10° elevation
-Single-pass alert dialog adjusts text when pass is less than 15 min away (no longer says "15 minutes before" when that's impossible)

Notification Tap Deep Linking

-Tapping a push notification now opens the live screen with that satellite selected
-Works for cold start, warm start, and while app is already open
-Fixed race condition where satellite selection was cleared on mount

3D Globe

-Improved satellite tap targeting near globe edges using screen-space nearest-point fallback
-Selected satellite position now updates in real-time (every 2s) instead of relying on stale batch positions — fixes dot appearing way off from orbit path

Visible Tab (Pro)

-Split into "Visible Now" and "Coming Up" sub-tabs with segmented control
-Each tab has count badges and independent empty states
-"Visible Now" shows real-time countdown, "Coming Up" shows time-until and pass details

Settings — Observer Location

-New "Search Location" option — search by city, address, or place name (Mapbox geocoding)
-Manual entry redesigned with DMS format (degrees/minutes/seconds with N/S/E/W toggles)
-Auto-advance between fields for quick entry
-Location display now shows DMS format
-Clearer layout separating current location status from the three input methods

Rating Prompt

-"Happy to help" now shows Apple's native in-app star rating dialog instead of bouncing to the App Store

-Fixed push notifications not being delivered for satellite pass alerts
-Improved satellite tap detection on the 3D globe — dots are larger and easier to select, especially at high latitudes
-Fixed navigation so tapping "View on Globe" from Close Approaches or Falling Objects always returns to the correct tab when going back

Visible Passes

-New "Visible" tab on the Pro dashboard now shows upcoming naked-eye satellite passes from your location over the next 24 hours, sorted by soonest
-Scans all satellites to find when they'll be visible overhead — during the dark-sky windows around dawn and dusk when satellites catch sunlight
-Results appear incrementally as the scan runs, with a progress indicator
-Satellites currently visible overhead are highlighted with a live badge and countdown timer

Single-Pass Notifications

-Tap the bell on any upcoming pass to get a push notification 15 minutes before that specific flyover — no need to subscribe to every pass of a satellite
-Bookmark still saves the satellite to your tracked list as before

Info & Polish

-Added an explainer card explaining how naked-eye visibility works and how many satellites are being scanned
-Performance optimized: only scans during dark-sky windows, caps at 100 results, and processes in batches to keep the app responsive
